About the role

The Digital Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns, tracking performance daily and developing weekly, monthly, and final client reports. This position will manage direct and house ad campaign trafficking, optimization, and post campaign reporting.  The position will be located in Culver City, San Francisco or Dallas and will report into the Director of Ad Product and Operations.

  • Manage digital campaigns once deals close, working with internal teams and partners to get campaign requirements and to traffic campaigns
  • Pull reporting from 3rd Party platforms to gauge campaign performance and work with the AdOps team for month end billing
  • Set up sold and Owned & Operated campaigns in Google Ad Manager and Freewheel.
  • Analyze campaign metrics on a daily basis and implement optimizations to ensure peak performance
  • Provide optimization recommendations to improve campaign delivery and serve as a trusted advisor to Resellers, Internal Marketing teams and SPP partners to ensure confidence in strategy execution
  • Provide weekly and/or monthly recaps, outlining meaningful insights about the campaign metrics and how we met or exceeded the client’s or partner’s KPIs

In the role of Ad Operations Specialist, you will report to the Director of Ad Product and Video Experience

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because you may have:

  • 3+ years of work experience in digital ad operations
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Ad Manager, Publica, Microsoft Office/Google Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Data Visualization tools. 
  • Familiar with third party ad verification tools such as IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify
  • IAB Certification, Google Analytics Certification, Google AdWords Certification or related certifications preferred

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
