We’re looking for a driven and curious junior partnership manager to join our Affiliates & Partnerships team in London to help us manage partnerships and ensure success of our affiliate program.

The Affiliates & Partnerships team sits within the Performance Marketing tribe. Our vision is to build the best partnerships programme so that any person or business who has a desire to recommend Wise to their audience or network can do so easily, has all the resources they need and does so on a sustainable long term basis. We work with a whole range of partners across the globe, from comparison sites, investment bloggers, YouTubers through to online marketplaces and company formation agents.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and learn the ropes of affiliate marketing and SEO, as well as being the main point of contact for our many partners. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our program is running smoothly.  

You will work closely with our partner recruitment and account management team to identify ways in which we can improve our partners’ experience and nurture relationships with them through timely communication, payments and reporting. 

This role is ideal for candidates, who are passionate and want to develop their skills in partnership and affiliate marketing. You have great organisational and communication skills, as well as the desire to develop into a highly skilled digital marketing / affiliate professional. 

 

Responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Be the main point of contact for our affiliate program ensuring partner queries are answered
  • Help source new partnerships with our outreach specialist
  • Negotiate and report on deals with mid-tier partners 
  • Ensure accuracy of our reporting, timely payments to partners and processing of invoices  
  • Maintain all inbound queries and keep track of new leads
  • Support in building out the materials and tools for our partners to ensure successful promotion of Wise
  • Maintain our internal affiliate CRM to ensure we have up to date information on conversations and deals set up with partners

A bit about you 

  • Have junior level experience in a marketing role / internship
  • You have excellent communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset
  • You’re analytical and eager to learn and develop
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills 

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in affiliates or partnerships 
  • Fluency in another language is a bonus

Salary: £25000 - £30000
