About The Team:As an Partnership & Affiliate Manager UK/IE you will be part of exciting new growth of the partnerships channel within the HelloFresh Group. We are building up a strong team to support this growth, giving you the opportunity to manage direct partnerships and our affiliate programs for our two meal kit brands in the UK. You will project manage affiliate campaigns that will drive our performance and expand our portfolio. You will also develop existing direct partnerships in the assigned country and collaborate closely with the local and global Growth Partnerships teams. To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience and a proven track record in the affiliate industry, with a passion for forming professional relationships and an innovative approach to optimizing business opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Have full responsibility over the campaign management within the UK and IE market’s direct strategic partnerships, affiliate programs and B2B partners, managing live campaigns, partner retention, and performance
• Work on multiple initiatives for delivering business goals, and ensuring maximum ROI from your partnerships and affiliate budget. Examples of initiatives include adjustment of discount and payout structure, creative strategy, campaign/investment optimization and more.
• Full ownership of tools such as Impact Radius to track performance
• Management of direct partners and agencies and being able to build strong relationships with both to ensure seamless campaigns with great results, strong partner retention and new business from agencies
• Be the primary contact and support for our strategic direct and affiliate partners in the UK and IE for our HelloFresh and Green Chef brands
• Harness your data-driven mindset to optimize partner performance/campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Create forecasts for your portfolio and track key account metrics to prepare and present regular performance analysis and insights
• Works across the business with local and global teams (marketing, analytics, product, and brand) to improve HelloFresh marketing efforts

Who You Are:

• Experience in the online marketing industry, ideally in affiliate marketing and a campaign/project manager skillset
• Equipped with a good knowledge of the UK affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies and platforms, and well as reporting dashboards such as Tableau, Impact Radius
• Proficient English in written and spoken form, other languages will be a plus
• Experience with App affiliate marketing will be a big plus
• A critical thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently and prioritize with determination and ambition
• Adept at rapidly understanding business needs and crafting solutions
• A confident communicator and presenter who is keen on using data to support your perspectives
• Able to articulate challenges and problems and then move swiftly to problem solving
• A culture fit; you are professional, passionate, collaborative and hungry to learn
• A driver of change and someone who breaks down barriers
• Excited by ambitious targets and energized by rising to challenges
• Able to move fast individually, but understand that building good processes can help everyone move faster
• Experience with analytics and reporting is a plus, namely Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London 

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times (role dependent)
