Help us to succeed in the paradigm shift from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to Agentic Process Automation (APA). Positions can be filled immediately.Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the management: You get the goals, then own the implementation
• Experiment with AI & Agentic Process Automation: Explore the latest AI agents and LLMs to transition from traditional RPA to APA. Connect tools like Xentral, Personio, Slack, Office and external APIs. While others are talking, we get hands-on and try out.
• Automate & Optimize Business Processes: Use no-/low-code tools like Airtable, Make, Supermetrics, and Retool to improve efficiency across teams. Build greenfield solutions and orchestrate many processes at once. Continuously identify repetitive tasks across the company and turn them into fully automated workflows. Develop automation templates that are modular, maintainable, and well-documented
• Identify & Solve Operational Bottlenecks: Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements. Leverage data to make the best decisions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to bring automation solutions to life. We always work highly cross-functional when solving crucial business problems.

• Pursuing a degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university.
• Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches.
• Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
• Excitement about RPA, APA, and emerging AI technologies.
• You’ve built your own automations and can show us actual workflows, demos, or repos.
• You understand data flows, APIs, webhooks and have a systems-thinking mindset.
• You’re structured, independent, and enjoy building scalable backend logic.
• Immediate availability of at least 6 months.
• Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus.
• Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment beneficial.
