Position Overview

As an AI Engineer at Showpad, you will be at the forefront of driving our AI and machine learning initiatives. You'll work closely with your peers in cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI technologies that align with our business goals and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Work closely with data scientists and other engineers to implement and deploy scalable solutions.
• Ensure the performance and reliability of AI and machine learning systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and machine learning trends and research.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that meet these requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing AI models and algorithms.
• Good knowledge of Python
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and other Generative AI models
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud providers
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest in AI and ML technologies.
