About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alliance Director to lead and manage our strategic partnership with Microsoft. This role will focus on driving pipeline development and sales revenue growth through the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing strategic alliances with a strong emphasis on sales outcomes. 

Your contribution will be:

Strategic Partnership Management: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Microsoft alliance strategy focused on pipeline development and revenue growth. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft, including executives, product managers, and sales teams. 
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation to drive sales. 

Pipeline Development: 

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement joint go-to-market plans that generate qualified leads. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions and messaging for joint solutions to attract potential customers. 
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics, ensuring alignment with sales targets and business objectives. 

Sales Revenue Growth: 

  • Leverage Microsoft’s sales channels and resources to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and close new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales performance. 

Product and Solution Alignment: 

  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of our solutions with Microsoft technologies and platforms. 
  • Advocate for our product requirements within the Microsoft ecosystem. 
  • Stay abreast of Microsoft’s product roadmap and industry trends to identify opportunities for integration and differentiation. 

Relationship Building and Networking: 

  • Represent Nintex at Microsoft events, conferences, and industry forums. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the Microsoft community. 

To be successful, we think you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliance management, business development, or a related role within the technology industry. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships with Microsoft, with a focus on pipeline development and sales revenue growth. 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other key platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
