THE TEAM

As a QARA Officer and member of the medical excellence team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the establishment of Doctolib's quality management system by participating in the implementation of standards and regulations applicable to a software medical device such as :

  • MDR 2017 / 745 
  • ISO 13485 V2016 
  • IEC 62304 and IEC 82304 
WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will also contribute to : 

  • External and internal audits preparation 
  • Quality and Regulatory training Set up 
  • Implementation of the QMS in the e-documentation management tool 
  • Process map and Process risk analysis creation
  • KPI Quality Dashboard Implementation creation 
WHO YOU ARE

You could be our next teammate if:

  • Yon have a Master Degree in Quality and/or Regulatory Affairs / Medical Devices Regulation 
  • You have a knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR 2017/745Knowledge of IEC 62304 AND IEC 82304 
  • You have a strong interest in healthcare. Having healthcare or medical experience is a plus.
  • You are structured, rigorous and have a strong analytical mindset
  • You are very result/action-oriented and have strong project management skills
  • You have good communication skills, and you are ready to exchange with all kinds of internal teams
  • You are fluent in French, and English. German and Italian is a plus
  • You recognize yourself in the SCAL values of Doctolib (Service, Care, Act, Learn)
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
  • An interview with our Talent Partner (30 minutes)
  • An interview with a Hiring Manager  + case study (1 hour)
