This position is part of the People team dedicated to the Brazil Field Sales team (˜315 people, across 46 sales hubs in Brazil) to ensure processes are set up and improved for this recent sales operation, which is currently the most relevant sales channel for Small Merchants in BR.

• Ensure key people processes are implemented and properly reflected in HR systems, with their outcomes visible, driving area, teams and individuals' effectiveness and high performance
• Foster world-class employee experience for SumUppers
• Execute people initiatives and strategy at local level i.e. Team Reviews, eNPS analysis and actions, facilitate org design sessions, Seeds & Steps definition/improvements and implementation, ensure systems are also reflecting this processes. This represents an specific challenge with Field Sales team, as they are dispersed and have very limited access to SumUp's system
• Ensure consistency with local labour law and support leaders on all people-related cases, including labor lawsuits mitigation and prevention
• Support team's organization design and structure, supported by leadership

 You will be a great fit for this position if you:

• Previous experience as HRBP
• Previous Experience with sales teams
• Knowledge of HR systems (Workday)
• Advanced English
• Available to work 3-4 days a week in São Paulo office (Pinheiros)
