Analyst – Regional Business Development

Position Overview:The Analyst – Regional Business Development of StepStone Private Wealth is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with registered representatives in the StepStone Private Wealth network of Broker Dealers and registered investment advisors.
Essential Job Functions:- Assist business development team with data entry & analytics within internal CRM, marketing, & other timely projects.
- Liaison between sales and operations
- Develop new and build upon existing relationships with financial advisors and registered representatives in the Broker Dealer and RIA network.
- Grow StepStone Private Wealth market share through consultation with financial advisors and registered representatives on our products.
- Provide appropriate guidance to the financial advisors and registered representatives regarding the Company's operating results and business strategies.
- Proactively educate financial advisors and registered representatives regarding StepStone Private Wealth distributed products and benefits and make recommendations for their clients.
- Strive to become a knowledgeable resource to the broker dealer network and internal associates on all aspects of the investment industry, competitors (direct and indirect), and products available in the market
- Maintain knowledge of our business and market performance/position in order to provide guidance to financial advisors and registered representatives related to StepStone Private Wealth distributed products
- Respond to technical product and competitive positioning questions as
- Comply with all rules and regulations of selling securities as outlined by FINRA and SEC as well as any internal guidelines established by StepStone Private Wealth Management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous sales experience and market/industry knowledge of financial services
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63, or obtain within an identified period of time
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues with minimal guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective relationships
- Strong advisory services background with progressive level of proven results
- Excellent telephone communication skills and etiquette
