The Role:

We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and eager-to-learn Analyst to join the Planning & Analytics team. This team uses analytical expertise to empower key decision-makers across the organization, including executive management, labels, sales, and strategy teams. This role involves intimate familiarity with key titles in the T2 portfolio, as well as future releases in the development pipeline. The Analyst will learn about our upcoming titles as they use their quantitative analysis skills to build and maintain forecasting models.

What You’ll Take On:
  • Develop short- and long-term sales forecasting models to support Labels and Commercial Strategy teams.
  • Analyze and explore competitive market information and industry trends through internal and syndicated data platforms to inform forecasting inputs.
  • Identify, frame, and communicate financial insights, risks, and opportunities in the context of lifecycle planning.
  • Build scenario analyses that inform commercial strategy decisions, e.g. marketing, pricing, inventory management, etc.
  • Create data and methodology visualizations for use in executive summaries and presentations.
  • Ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis through reconciliation with original sources.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or other quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Science)
  • 0-2 year in data analytics, investment banking, economics, or other quantitative field
  • Excellent data analysis and manipulation skills (Advanced Excel, SQL)
  • Foundational understanding of statistical models (e.g. time series, regression, etc.)
  • Experience packaging and presenting analytics insights/complex concepts (PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred
  • Highly organized and diligent with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a great teammate who works collaboratively with all departments and levels within the organization
  • Self-starter, intellectually curious, quick learner, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Passion for video games and/or technology

The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be between $55,000 - $80,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
