Analyst, Consumer & Product Insights

As an Analyst on the Consumer & Product Insights team, you will work in an agile team to support the analytic, insights, reporting, data, and automation needs of our organization with exposure to executive leadership and all departments (particularly the Product Management, Product Operations, Culinary, and Quality teams). You will report to the Associate Director of Customer & Product Insights and will be a part of the larger Product Innovation team.

You Will…

  • Lead responsive, descriptive, and exploratory data analytics (through SQL queries / Python scripts, spreadsheets, visualizations, and automations) to enable strategic decision-making 
  • Develop and automate analytical tools, professional-grade Tableau dashboarding, and reporting on key business initiatives and metrics
  • Solve challenging problems with coming data from multiple sources (primary research, third-party data, trend monitoring, internal behavioral, sales, product, operational, financial) for a holistic view on the customer to derive actionable insights
  • Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to inspire others to use data to take action

You have… 

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science OR certificate in an aforementioned quantitative field with 1-2+ years of work experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems
  • 1-2 years in an analytically-driven role in tech, consulting, food/CPG, or related field
  • Passion for driving clear insights paired with business context so teams can take action
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, DataBricks, and Tableau (Bonus: Snowflake, S3)
  • Experience in e-commerce or subscription-based companies (preferably)
