Digital Marketing Operation Specialist (CS)ElasticSearch Global Digital Marketing team leads paid media channels for various Solutions globally. This position assists the Paid Media team with tasks related to Content Syndication campaign setup, reporting needs, and other duties. This role will report to the Director, Global Paid Media, to ensure successful and detailed execution for Content Syndication across all solutions globally.

Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day support of Content Syndication operations including:
- Point of contact to drive execution with Agency partners and internal collaborators.
- Lead project timeline and coordinate requirements and asset creation across Project Marketing Managers (PMM), campaigns and agency partners.
- Lead Monday.com or Workfront (project management tools) to ensure projects completion.
- Request and lead all aspects of program builds within Integrate platform
- Budget management: Build and maintain campaign budgets to ensure all programs are spending 100% to goal.
- Ability to work independently and excellent problem solving skills.
- Partner with team members to trouble-shoot and resolve any operational issues or roadblocks for campaign production
- Support the broader Digital Marketing team with reporting requirements including build reports for monthly and quarterly GEO presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing field.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal, in English.
- Shown ability to multi-task and complete multiple complicated projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about Elastic's technology and market roadmap.
- Experience with Salesforce and Integrate (lead management platform) a plus
- Experience Google Suite and knowledgeable with creating pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
