The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 86,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Network Management organization is responsible for managing the speed, cost, and reliability performance of Wayfair’s global network across the Wayfair ecosystem as well as the specialty retail brands. This organization was conceived to solve the challenging, cross-functional problems that are plentiful in a complex and flexible supply chain. The Network Analytics and Platform team within Network Management is responsible for providing data driven business outcomes focused insights to enable fast, reliable, and cost-efficient outcomes across the specialty retail brands and B2B operations teams. This requires a keen understanding of the capability and performance of our network, to identify opportunities for improvement.

The Analyst, Network Analytics and Platform will help develop a data-driven basis for understanding the operational performance of our brands supply chain along with the underlying operational and technological drivers of such performance, and potential opportunities to improve. This is an important and challenging role that would help Wayfair’s operations teams identify critical insights to improve the performance of our complex and flexible supply chain.

What You'll Do 

  • Manage processes and engagement with key cross-functional partners
  • Build dashboards and reports to translate data sets into driving insights and action
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and build reporting in Google Sheets
  • Communicate regularly with cross functional partners to understand business trends and new ways to break down problems into solutions
  • Develop sustainable, long-term performance management practices to assess and grow the business
  • Monitor key performance indicators and assess how we’re making progress against our core metrics and OKRs
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Analytics, Forecasting, and Technology

What You'll Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
  • Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
