Alongside team members, peers on other teams, and Operations leadership, this role will own, execute, manage, support, and improve upon a variety of brand specific processes, tools and systems, and strategic initiatives that impact the quality of our entire Supply Chain. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have strong analytical and organizational abilities, a keen interest in how good data, processes, and tools can drive better decision-making, and a natural ownership instinct. You will:
- Expertly take ownership of several tools, processes, and/or software, managing and executing at the rhythm required by the business
- Be the primary subject-matter-expert in the business for all of your responsibilities, including maintaining a strong understanding of the relevant inputs, outputs, structures, and process flows
- Take the lead in responding to questions, issues, and analysis requests, from both within the Continuous Improvement team and from other teams, related to your areas of expertise
- Work towards improvement of quality performance, and anticipate supply chain or distribution center obstacles as future business needs evolve.
- Implement processes to improve consistency and efficiency of communication, documentation, review and approval processes, error reduction, and ingredient quality across the network.
- Collaborate with various teams across all brands including but not limited to DC Operations, production technology, food safety, nutrition, content management, and menu planning.
- Continuously seek out and evaluate opportunities (for example, integration of new data sources) to improve business outcomes, efficiency, strategy.
- Improve and refine tools, analysis and presentation techniques while adapting to an expanding business, and an evolving landscape of Supply Chain technology, so we can work smarter, not harder

You have:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity, including recurring responsibility for executing or owning tools or processes required by the business to facilitate operational activities
- Bachelors degree in fields such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or other relevant area of study
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - able to gather, organize, analyze, visualize, and present data to enable decision-making
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with preference for ability to automate within spreadsheets
- Competence with data wrangling - able to effectively identify, collect, organize, cleanse, transform, merge, and structure data, in order to ultimately deliver an output that enables better consumption and decision-making across the business
- Experience with SQL and Tableau in a professional or academic environment is desired, to quickly ramp up on broader HF data landscape
- Knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g. Python, etc.) is welcome but not required
- Knowledge of Grafana and Snowflake is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities - able to convey the most important information to stakeholders, and to be effective in both technical and non-technical (business) situations
