About the job

Twilio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Analytics Team within the Communications Platform business unit. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing revenue operations processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance revenue operations efficiency.
  • Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, pricing optimization, and overall business performance improvement.
  • KPI Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to track and report on revenue metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights, making information accessible and actionable for a diverse audience.
  • Modeling and Forecasting: Build and maintain predictive models to support revenue forecasting, helping the organization make informed strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement in data analysis capabilities.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in FP&A, biz ops, revenue strategy, strategy consulting, and/or operations.
  • Telecommunications experience a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • English and Spanish fluency.

Location 

This role will be remote, and based in Colombia.
