YOUR MISSION AT VOI

We’re looking for a Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst to join the Voiage! In this role, you will define, build and maintain the most important data models for understanding and driving the company's operational and financial performance, and work closely with the Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team in the Finance domain. What you build will be used daily to give guidance to our most senior leaders, and help them to make strategic decisions. As such, this role is pivotal for driving Voi's profitability - which is one of the highest priorities globally. Read more about FP&S and what they do at Voi here.

Your contributions will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success in the 12 countries we currently operate in and to make sure we can track and improve the overall company performance. By joining Voi, you’re joining a truly data driven company where the data team is at the forefront!

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

  • Responsible to connect and centralize data from several parts of the business to enable good tracking of the business performance
  • Define metric definitions and build data models
  • Guide the Finance team’s strategy around data architecture and data driven ways of working
  • Being a central role in the budget and forecast processes at Voi
  • Close collaboration with our Business Controllers in FP&S

  • Business interest, insight and creativity for efficient problem-solving
  • Experience in translating challenging stakeholder needs into valuable analytics engineering solutions
  • A few years of experience working as a Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst or a Data Engineer in a autonomous and agile environment (within financial data is meriting)
  • Strong data modeling and SQL skills
  • Python or data architecture skills
  • Great communication skills, both in collaboration with stakeholders and for sharing insights
  • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Business)
  • Professional working proficiency in English, Swedish is not required
