Our People Operations team focuses on building a culture where the best people can do their best work. This team is small, focused, and works very closely together on all things people at Formlabs. We're looking for an energetic and focused person to take ownership of projects that build visibility around the people of formlabs and contribute to how we make decisions across the company.

Internship Term: Summer 2024Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)Location: Onsite in Somerville, MA (in-person)

The job:

• Using our many sources of people data, build robust, connected dashboards in Looker enable visibility to leaders across the company
• Work with our People Analytics and Data Engineering teams on best practices to build a solid foundation that will be used daily
• Collaborate with People Analytics and Talent Strategy to answer questions that help us support and develop our formlings as they do the best work of their careers. 

You:

• Can plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects
• Curious and excited to learn the ins and outs of building a high performing team
• Wants to be hands on with data, building with tools and systems that will support decision making
• Love to be in a role that supports a much larger mission

Bonus skills:

• Experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Google suite, Looker studio (or other visualization tool)
