About the PositionReports to: Senior Director, Advertiser AnalyticsLocation: Atlanta, GA. We're also open to all qualified candidates in the EST time zone.
As Analytics Manager, you will go beyond basic statistics to provide actionable customer insights for our advertising partners. You will own the analytics relationship with our largest advertising partners and regularly meet with our partnerships team and their leaders to showcase the value and opportunities of the Cardlytics platform. You will lead a team of analysts, serving as a trainer, mentor, and subject matter expert on Advertiser Analytics. You will work closely with your advertiser partnership counterparts in translating questions from the clients into appropriate problem statements, developing robust solutions by analyzing large purchase/engagement datasets and presenting findings to influence future strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Work on problems affecting some of the largest and fastest growing consumer businesses in the US by leveraging our unique whole-wallet transaction data set
- Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and other tools
- Craft engaging analytic stories to drive home the impact of the Cardlytics platform with the advertiser partnerships team and engage key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with partnership team to develop account strategies, outline deliverables, and produce one-pager analytics for upcoming sales proposals
- Mine purchase data to understand customer spending habits, competitive landscapes and customer journeys
- Develop new analytic products and methodologies into repeatable self-service tools for internal and external consumption, addressing client/industry business and marketing needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Analytics and Design of Experiments 5+ years of progressive Analytics experience including experience as a team or project lead.
- Interpreting analytical results and transforming them into a client ready deliverable
- Client-facing roles as a subject matter expert with the ability to present to both a non-technical marketer or a data/statistics professional
- Thriving under pressure in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
- A degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Market Research or similar fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer or Loyalty Analytics experience is a plus.
