We’re looking for a Analytics Product Manager to be at the forefront of driving data-driven insights and optimization across the product Operations department.

This role will report to the VP of Product Operations.

The primary goal of the Product Manager is to enhance company-wide accessibility to product analytics data, ensuring it is both insightful and user-friendly. This is achieved by optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the product analysis team's operations.

The ideal candidate will empower our product analytics team to work more effectively, streamline processes, and spearhead cross-product initiatives. The role will involve designing and maintaining product data models, defining and refining essential metrics across products, and promoting data accuracy and consistency.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Product Operations team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Data Product Management: Own and drive the data product management for the product analytics team. Understand the ins and outs of our internal data warehouse.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand and meet the data requirements of internal stakeholders, aiding in dashboard design and data solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with product analysts to resolve stakeholder challenges.
  • Dashboard Creation: Construct usage dashboards intended for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, relevance, and accessibility.
  • Internal Data Optimization: Assist other product managers in leveraging internal data to elevate our customer experience.
  • BI-Dev POC - in charge of data engineers' priorities as their main point of contact from product analytics.

    This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 2 years of product management experience, preferably from a company focused on dashboarding or data.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Adept at understanding and empathizing with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about data and its potential to transform business strategies and outcomes.
