Doctolib is looking for a self-driven team player, passionate about social impact, to join the team on a temporary basis. Join us and play a pivotal role in driving our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across three key pillars: People, Product, and Planet.
Your mission will be to support the Social Impact team in cultivating a vibrant impact culture within our organization, contributing on all our streams:
Planet:
- Research & Benchmarking: Identify best practices on environmental sustainability topics and follow up on key trends as well as evolving regulations
- Reporting: Manage ad hoc investor reports to effectively present our ESG efforts to investors and ensure compliance with audit standards
- Climate Goals: Drive global climate goals and implement our carbon reduction plan in collaboration with key stakeholders across the company
- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Animate and engage our “Green Community”
Product:
- Health Systems Impact: Assess, highlight and showcase Doctolib’s impact on healthcare practitioners practices and comfort, patients health and healthcare systems
- Care Accessibility & Inclusion Programs: Support the development and execution of our inclusion programs towards the most excluded from healthcare
- Mission Committee: Contribute to the coordination and work of Doctolib's mission committee, and support our 2026 impact report preparation
People:
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Foster DEI in our teams, ensuring fairness in recruitment, assessment, and support
- Programs: Drive and support initiatives in three key streams :
- Women in Leadership: Promote and support gender diversity in Doctolib leadership positions
- Equal Opportunity: Foster connections between Doctolib employees and underrepresented communities through initiatives and partnerships development
- Workers with Disabilities: Develop and implement programs for workers with disabilities
Additional Responsibilities:
- Social impact monitoring: support the team in gathering and analyzing the necessary data (ESG) to measure our team's impact
- Community Engagement: Help engage and facilitate internal communities (e.g., Women in Leadership, Pride, Sustainability) to foster bottom-up engagement
- Internal Communication: Regularly update our internal website to engage Doctolibers and reflect our ongoing ESG efforts and achievements

- An interview with our Talent Partner, Domitille (30 minutes)
- An interview with our Social Impact Senior Manager, Marine (45 minutes)
- A case study with Natasha, Social Impact Manager and Marine (1 hour)
