Wayfair Professional, the B2B division of Wayfair, is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and adaptable Associate to join our B2B Brand Marketing, Content & Promotions team, focused on brand partnerships and influencer marketing. The B2B Brand Partnerships Associate will have the opportunity to gain experience in core functional areas at the center of Marketing and Creative and will contribute directly to the growth and success of the Wayfair Professional brand. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking to join a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, driving forward the future of a top, fast-growing brand in the Interior Design, Commercial Office and related Residential & Commercial space industries.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to and implement a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business objectives.
  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential influencers and media partners.
  • Create and maintain a diversified brand partnerships pipeline focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
  • Manage the day-to-day engagements with brand partners, including the development of high-quality, engaging content, feedback loops, and contracts and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal channel owners to extend the awareness and reach of upcoming influencer and brand partner activations.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation.
  • Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on competition and the latest trends in Interior Design and related industries, incorporating these insights into our go-to-market strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across B2B and Consumer Marketing and Creative.

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbally
  • Collaborative mindset that thrives as part of a team
  • Passionate about influencer and social media marketing
  • Knowledge of, and an enthusiastic interest in, the Interior Design and/or Home industries
  • Data and process-oriented, demonstrated ability to continuously learn new tools
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement working through ambiguity in an evolving organization 
  • Drive to win and steer collaboration cross-functionally
  • Investment in the customer experience 
  • Willingness to travel 

 

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
