What can you expect?

As a Systems Engineer, you will design and deliver innovative engineering solutions for clients in the automotive and medtech industries:

  • Lead and contribute to systems engineering activities across the development lifecycle, including requirements management, system architecture design, verification planning, and safety analysis.

  • Conduct root cause, failure mode, and variation analyses for complex vehicle and medical device systems.

  • Define and optimize development processes, methods, and tools in alignment with ASPICE standards.

  • Prepare and present technical reports, and lead regular status meetings with client stakeholders.

  • Work closely with a team of engineers to solve technical challenges and drive project success.

  • Participate in technical and professional development trainings offered through INVENSITY’s Academy program.

  • Receive structured mentorship and career development support from senior consultants.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems engineering, process management, method development, or project management within the automotive industry.

  • At least 1 year of experience with requirements engineering; familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama is preferred.

  • Experience working with MathWorks tools (MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of safety analysis methods, including FMEA, FTA, and DFA.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate and present technical concepts to stakeholders and build professional relationships.

  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building trust, accepting feedback, and contributing to team success.

  • Proactive approach to taking on new responsibilities and challenges with a positive attitude.

  • Demonstrated interest in applying logical and analytical thinking to complex, high-tech automotive projects in collaboration with experienced consultants.
