Associate, Culinary Operations & InnovationAs the Associate, Culinary Operations & Innovation within Factor, you will be responsible for owning the meal development process and ensuring our meal database supports a diverse, customer-focused menu. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Ops you will help bridge the gap between our Product Strategy, Culinary R&D, and Menu Planning teams to develop new meals and manage them through their entire lifecycle. We have big ambitions at Factor and, as we look to diversify and expand our product offering, you will play a critical role in preparing us for the months and years ahead!
You will...
- Scope and launch new offerings: collaborate with the Product Strategy team to build a database of meals that supports our strategic roadmap
- Evaluate gaps in the meal database: identify areas where we lack depth in our product offering and build out briefing campaigns that help to address those gaps
- Collaborate on the development process: work closely with Culinary R&D to validate new concepts and ensure they meet operational, nutritional, and budgetary needs
- Manage the weekly tasting process: lead weekly meal tastings, capturing feedback and outlining next steps to help shepherd meals through all the steps to readiness
- Oversee the lifecycle of every meal: collaborate on weekly performance reviews, owning next steps for continued use, improvement, or retirement of each meal
- Track database health and expansion: evaluate and provide regular updates on progression towards database health and on-menu performance goals

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or another relevant area of study preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project / program management, or a business function
- Fluent in Google Suite applications (and love a spreadsheet!)
- Experience with food and/or CPG products a plus
- Success in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to project manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
- Travel: <10%

Illinois Pay Range$63,750—$80,000 USD
