Associate- Customer Experience | Save On Energy
Save On Energy is an online marketplace that simplifies how you shop your energy service in Texas. Our purpose at Save On Energy is to provide customers with competitive energy plans from top providers, focusing on the Texas deregulated energy and solar energy markets. We combine our knowledge of the energy market with our trusted partnerships with top providers to connect customers to reliable energy plans for their homes.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will manage multi-variate testing, analysis, and reporting for our Save On Energy sales business, which partners with deregulated energy suppliers in Texas to help customers who are starting or transferring their electric service shop for competitive rates for their electricity supply. You will analyze & communicate performance, as well as own operational initiatives. The role will include cross functional collaboration with creative and tech, project management, performance/test analysis, and presentations with team & senior leaders. This role will enable you to think critically and creatively to make a meaningful impact to our bottom line as well as shape strategy for growth for the energy business. At Red Ventures, you won’t just analyze the data – you’ll own your work; from ideation and strategy to implementation.
This will be a hybrid role based out of our South Charlotte area office with expected in-office days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze business performance data to derive insights and trends, preparing detailed reports and presentations for the team and senior leaders.
- Lead and execute onsite multivariate testing initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, tech, and business verticals to develop testing strategies and implement changes that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize SQL to write queries and extract relevant data, leveraging Excel and Tableau to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate test results, making data-driven recommendations to optimize customer experience and improve business performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of sales and marketing performance data.
- A Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.) or technology oriented discipline (e.g. computer science, MIS, etc.)
- Experience with A:B multivariate testing, extracting data, synthesizing recommendations/findings, and presenting them to senior executives
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment
- The ideal candidate is proactive, has a positive attitude, is well organized, and is adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities
- Comfort in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills
- Bonus: Experience with SQL experience or SSAS/other database/analysis packages
- Bonus: Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and/or other reporting and dashboarding tools
