Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Customer Love: You support our customers by answering queries via email, calls and in the Community. You identify needs and provide solutions that exceed customer expectation by adding value to every customer interaction.

  • Growth: You have the opportunity to constantly develop your knowledge and skills: The requests are exciting, varied, and everything else but plain vanilla.

  • Collaboration: With your deep product expertise, you will support all departments. You work closely with our Product Experts to ensure further developments of our product are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.

  • Teamspirit: You will be contributing to the success of the team by continuously driving our goals and optimizing internal processes.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have first experience in Customer Support, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, with a thoughtful, structured, and transparent communication style.

  • You have successfully completed your (bachelor’s/master’s) degree. 

  • You are IT-savvy, with good analytical skills, quickly in adapting to new software. 

  • Communication is your thing: You offer outstanding written and verbal communication, and you enjoy interacting with customers. 

  • You are a natural problem-solver who proactively comes up with solutions.

  • You have an interest in working with HR departments from a wide range of companies and industries.
