As an Associate Developer, you’ve got demonstrated experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JS, which means you’re good to go when it comes to developing innovative features for responsive websites. If you’re always looking to learn and grow in your role, then good news—you’ll get key mentorship from a Tech Lead and will gain experience working with departments like Creative and UX to create top-notch user experiences. You have a strong foundational knowledge of ES5 and ES6—but we’ll welcome any experience you have with JavaScript as well. Most importantly, you are driven to hone your craft through a passion for technology.

You Will: 

  • Rapidly prototype with code using modern front-end frameworks and digital pattern libraries.  
  • Deliver solutions balancing technical and business requirements.  
  • Understand business and user requirements. 
  • Maintain high coding standards and practices to exercise quality control on all aspects of web development. 
  • Problem-solve in all areas of web development.

You Have: 

  • 0-2 years demonstrated development experience with hand-coding advanced HTML, CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of Responsive Web Design principles. 
  • Proficiency with Semantic HTML Markup. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-office teams.  
  • Experience diagnosing and solving cross-browser and cross-platform issues.

You May Have:

  • Demonstrated development experience with React.  
  • Package manager and automation tool experience (npm, gulp, grunt).

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.Salary Range$60,000—$60,000 USD
