To support this effort, Chewy Health is seeking an Associate Director of Clinic Enrollment & Operations to join our Healthcare Services team in Bellevue, WA, or Plantation, FL offices. In this role, you’ll work closely with the PracticeHub and Veterinary Services teams, as well as cross-functional groups like product, engineering, and operations, to ensure veterinary practices have a smooth, outstanding experience with Chewy. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in customer service and/or B2B sales, process, and implementation; 5+ years leading teams in product, program, and organizational change.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Confirmed ability to handle and collaborate across teams, both internally and with external partners and customers.
  • Process Improvement: Strong ability to identify and drive process improvements, quantify benefits, and lead multiple projects simultaneously, both remotely and in person.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer/client relationships.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Lucid chart, Jira, Confluence, SendGrid, Oracle, and MS Office. 
Bonus:
  • Experience in the veterinary or medical industry
  • Six Sigma certification
  • SQL experience

Hub Locations & Work Arrangement:

  • Hub Locations: Bellevue, WA or Plantation, FL 
  • Hybrid Model: 2+ days in hub location per week
  • Remote: This role is NOT a remote role.

 

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.   We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations. Pay Range$149,000—$245,000 USD
