The role

As the Associate Director Culture & Engagement you’ll become the key leader driving employee engagement throughout our international DC Operations by developing and implementing core engagement initiatives as part of our daily business and culture. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to create an environment enabling employees to work effectively and help HelloFresh’s mission to change the way people eat forever.

What you’ll do

  • Design, implement and own employee engagement programs to continuously improve engagement among employees in our international Distribution Centers (DCs) and contribute to a high-performing organization linked to our values.
  • Build and manage a team of Engagement Specialists across the international markets by supporting their day-to-day and managing escalations. Foster constant exchange of best practices and learnings to define benchmarks on “What works best”.
  • Assess the effectiveness of programs for continuous improvement - identify gaps in systems and processes so you may propose/build solutions to best meet our employee's diverse needs;
  • Partner with international People and Operations leaders as well as country COO’s to ensure that engagement is meeting their needs and the needs of the business;
  • Be responsible for engagement budget planning and management and work closely with Finance, Procurement and external vendors to ensure cost effective use of budget across markets.
  • Foster strong internal partnerships with teams such as People Operations, DE & I, Employee Relations, Internal Communications and Employee Experience to ensure collaboration throughout initiatives.
