As the Associate Director of Growth Analytics with HelloFresh, you will help drive growth through the creation of deep marketing performance insights for HelloFresh North America. Your team will solve challenging data problems using our extensive first and third party data, conduct advanced analysis, provide professional grade dashboarding, and work with leadership and business teams to drive value from insights.

You will...

  • Provide leadership and professional development to a team of analysts focused on driving marketing performance through advanced analysis and strategic insights
  • Serve as the analytics owner for the growth marketing team. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners within the data organization drive analytical projects including channel mix optimization, targeting strategies, testing, performance analysis, and reporting solutions
  • Lead data driven marketing investment guidance and best practice; applying techniques such as Media Mix Modelling and incrementality testing
  • Spearhead data-driven approaches to optimizing customer acquisition marketing activities
  • Forecast business performance, assist marketing teams with budget planning, and play an active role in investment steering
  • Oversee the development and application of predictive data models, utilizing both internal and third-party data - and demonstrating the business value of such models
  • Conceptualize and implement dashboarding and visualization to enable self-service for stakeholders, from channel managers to C-suite level executives
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies across both online and offline channels to provide concrete recommendations to increase efficacy

You have...

  • A BS/MS or equivalent in business, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a relevant science
  • A clear understanding of multivariate experimentation design and methodology required
  • Able to expertly balance technical skills (SQL, Tableau, Sheets, Python), applied statistics (test design & measurement), and subscription-based growth metrics (CAC, CVR, LTV) with deep growth marketing experience
  • Previous experience managing an analytical team required
  • Advanced SQL experience required
  • Experience with using Python for data transformation and analysis preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools required (Tableau)
  • Proficiency with advanced statistical modeling techniques preferred (e.g. clustering, classification, segmentation, multiple regression, etc.)
  • Experience with building, interpreting and understanding MMM and/or MTA solutions
  • Experience with modern marketing data architectures, such as CDPs (customer data platforms), event steam data (e.g. Google Analytics), media performance data (e.g. Google Campaign 360, aggregated agency data, etc.), ID resolution, etc.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably at a high-growth subscription company
