This position reports to Vice President, Treasurer and interacts with other functional areas including Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payables and Receivables, Audit, Operation, Procurement, Financial System and Legal. The candidate must have strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to lead a team of Treasury professionals and cross-functional teams. Candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The candidate must also have experience operating in a fast-paced and Sarbanes-Oxley environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manages cash management operations including cash positioning, cash reporting/forecasting and banking platforms administration. Assists on developing strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets/fraud prevention, bank account setup/KYC and minimize costs.  Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs.  Negotiate bank/service fees and maintain banking relationship.
• Settles monthly intercompany activities and processes cash netting.
• Works directly with banks to conduct borrowing and investing activities. Forecasts worldwide interest expense and income.
• Executes & confirms foreign exchange spot trades on trading platform and minimizes foreign exchange gain/(loss). Maintains regulatory compliance related to foreign exchange trades.
• Manages insurance renewal process including application/supplemental forms, minimizes insurance exposure and requests certificate of insurance.
• Maintains relationships with payment processors and administer related systems.
• Supports share repurchase program.
• Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, treasury policies and procedures.
• Ensures adherence to FBAR, FATCA, DODD Frank, including record keeping and data testing as requested.
• Provides management report and analysis to senior management.
• Assists with M&A due diligence and integration activities for Treasury.
• Collaborates with accounting, FP&A, financial system team and business operations on projects.
• Manage and trains Treasury staff personnel on operational activities and developmental goals.
• Supports Vice President, Treasurer on other projects including capital market activities.

Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience with emphasis in cash management, forecasting, and analysis
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience 
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, communication and project management skills
• Experience of working in a forward looking and innovative environment
• Proven ability to work and strive in a fast growing business

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Experiences with TMS implementation
• MBA preferred
• CTP designation a plus
