Associate Director Product Manager
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is growing! We are looking for an Associate Director of Product Management to join the Gift Cards team in either our Seattle, Minneapolis, or Boston office. This product leader will own end-to-end product management and business operations for Chewy Gift Cards! You will partner with engineering, design, and analytics, and other product and business leaders across Chewy, and with our external business partners, to drive continued growth of the business. What You’ll Do:
- Be responsible for all aspects of the Gift Cards P&L.
- Be responsible for the roadmap for on-site Gift Cards purchase experiences.
- Lead external partner relationships, finding agreement and expanding our digital and physical issuance channels.
- Continuously evaluate measures of success (critical metrics) and customer feedback to track business performance and translate insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
- Create business goals and define mechanisms to track performance of Gift Cards; communicate impact clearly across the organization and used to drive prioritization.
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Gift Cards industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience owning front-end customer experiences
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery and managing tradeoffs
- Ability to analyze, communicate, and present metrics effectively to support recommendations
- Strong writing and verbal communication at the executive level
Bonus (if applicable):
- Experience in eCommerce
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Tableau
Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Associate Director Product Manager position is $156,000.00 - $255,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
