One Supply is a team of creative entrepreneurs who design tailored business and product solutions for our partners and help them generate incremental value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new products to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and services and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.
The Opportunity: Role Purpose:
This individual will bring a strong analytical acumen coupled with market place knowledge, a high level of both sales and technical savvy with the ability to recruit, motivate, coach and mentor subordinates. The key objective will be to achieve new project milestones and product KPI targets by creating and delivering on key Programs for Agoda’s Accommodation Partners that result in win-win benefits for both Agoda and our partners. This includes creating and optimizing processes, providing global support and initiating change that will impact business and performance. You will be working closely with local teams, other Partner Services Department teams as well as other departments.
Proven experience in managing a team, driven personality, disciplined work habits, strong ethic and attention to details will all be key to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Become a driving force in our Partner Program global project roll outs, implementing new methodologies, and launching new tools on a scalable level
- Lead, coach and manage a team of Business Owners and Senior Managers to achieve set targets
- Ensure good and pro-active team work with subordinates, colleagues and superiors.
- Provide the team and the senior management with regular, constructive and relevant feedback and weekly reviews
- Seek ways to improve existing workflows, create efficiencies by adding new processes
- Share and seek out best practices and knowledge
- Design and Lead training initiatives
- Verify, analyze and understand all available data and reports by giving continuously feedback on the quality of the data.
- Ensure operational goals are achieved
- Coordinate with central management on planning and objectives
- Establish individual goals and conduct direct reports performance reviews
In this Role, you will gain experience in:
- Project Management: come up with initiatives to reach business targets, plan milestones and deliverables, allocate tasks, manage stakeholders, measure performance and deliver results impacting business.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: develop pilot, testing and global rollouts plans for new programs, products and updates.
- Stakeholder Management: align objectives and deliverables with colleagues in finance, legal, product, marketing and partner services departments.
- Reporting: Enhance and streamline reports for senior leadership with help of Analytics team and deliver actionable insights.
- Research and presentations: Present your findings and insights to relevant stakeholders, auditors and senior leadership team on a regular basis.
- Country coordination: Support local country teams to grow portfolio size of our solutions, help to answer their questions, provide them with actionable insights
- Kick-start new ideas: find new opportunities and bring them into action. Based on data you see opportunities and come up with concepts to test and implement them
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in top tier consulting firms, international tech companies, fast growing internet / tech startups.
- 5+ years’ experience managing a team, with a proven success record in setting KPIs and strategies
- 5+ years progressive sales and marketing experience in consultative sales or sales management environment
- Past success in mentoring and building sales organizations that cater to long term customer relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university with a quantitative, finance or engineering degree, advanced business degrees. MBA from a top school is preferred.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic; ability to move fast
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Proven track record in Consulting Projects / Project Management / Business Planning, business or financial analysis
- Proven track record in using data analysis, data insights and experimentation to support business decisions
- Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast
- A team player who work well with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment
