With such an extensive catalog, our Merchandising Compliance team ensures customers are kept safe by keeping our product offering in compliance with applicable federal or local regulations. We support those efforts through a strong partnership with our legal team, building efficient operational processes and supporting scalable technology solutions in an ever changing regulatory environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage offshore team's workflows by reviewing and thoughtfully critiquing team’s work, providing actionable feedback and helpful improvements.
  • Independently drive operational improvements and quantify the impact of improvements on key metrics
  • Manage internal and external workflows for removing banned content (images & words) across all Wayfair Stores and Geos
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in legal, merchandising, engineering, and data science on status and action plans for high-priority, high-impact projects, in addition to workflow changes
  • Support day-to-day operations where needed
  • Become subject matter expert and go-to person for restriction escalation resolving
  • Help define the right backend/frontend solutions for legal needs, while keeping in mind an optimal supplier and customer experience
What You'll Need
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Proactive and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task several projects
  • Possess strong written and verbal cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and level of urgency
  • Attention to detail and ability to catch errors & suggest solutions
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Comfortable working with and learning new technology
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data
