Shift timings: 

6 PM to 2 AM (Cabs will be provided)

What you’ll do...
  • Ensure quality and integrity through checks and validations, identify data quality issues, drive remediation and manage reconciliation processes
  • Own and manage the Compensation related processes spanning across multiple Business Units and Departments
  • Handle and own audits and reporting
  • Monitor data governance SLAs, assuring required KPI levels are within established (or reasonable, if not established yet) thresholds
  • Implement automated data input processes and integration initiatives
  • Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed critical metrics & SLAs
  • Assist in building and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures for Case Management
  • Deliver high quality and consistent service delivery to all internal customers and partners and follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline existing ways of data processing and quality checking
We’re looking for someone…
  • Having prior experience on any region/country specific compensation handling work like updating of salary structures, job classifications and pay ranges along with any bonus or equity information etc. He must be responsible for ensuring a competitive, equitable, and sustainable compensation framework that aligns with the company's strategy and goals
  • Candidate must have an excellent hands-on data collection and analysis experience using Excel/Google Sheets (G-Suite) (Excel test will be a part of the interview process)
  • Experience for 1 to 3 years in HR Operations / Shared Services, Workforce Management or a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and process adherence
  • Is a self-starter who is intrinsically motivated for their own performance to achieve desired results
  • Should be a quick learner with an ability to handle large data volumes during Audits and Reconciliations 
  • Is agile and can function in an ambiguous environment, capable of taking charge when the situation needs it
  • Working knowledge of ERP/HRMS/CRM tools e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, Zendesk, ServiceNow etc
