Associate Manager, CRM
HelloFresh is looking for an Associate Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous optimization of CRM marketing communications for our former, lead, and prospect customers across all our brands in Canada. Leveraging first-party data and consumer insights, you will enhance customer engagement to drive conversions and long-term profitability. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on high-impact initiatives, solving complex marketing problems and driving innovation within the CRM space.
You will …
- Oversee the planning, creation, management and optimization of CRM marketing campaigns end to end.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement and achieve key business objectives across CRM channels.
- Conduct continuous experimentation to gain channel and segment level insights to improve CRM campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze audience and campaign performance across channels, and take actions to improve KPIs including campaign engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI, long term profit.
- Drive customer experience improvement through CRM channels, continuously challenging the status quo, experimenting and implementing new initiatives to deliver business results.
- Support implementation of new CRM technologies and integrate industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international counterparts on new business and testing opportunities.
- Document and share key learnings and best practices with internal stakeholders.

You have…
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- A solid understanding of CRM strategies including segmentation and engagement optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or SQL is a strong plus.
