Job Description:

HelloFresh is looking for an Associate Manager to help us scale our Reactivations team through the email channel. As a key member of a growing team, you will work on the Campaign Management for all of our US brands. 

You will be responsible to lead how we design and execute campaigns across the email channel to win back our former customers. You will have multiple, great internal partners to set you up for success. 

Candidates must have a passion for Email Marketing, a strong analytical drive, and be excited to push the limits. 

 

You will…

  • Own execution of our campaigns to ensure we deliver on our weekly, quarterly and yearly goals
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes as we want you to do the least amount of manual tasks 
  • Pioneer the deployment of complex new email campaign journeys and enable other team members to rebuild the setup
  • Work with Brand and Creative teams to ensure campaign assets are planned, meet brand standards, and are completed on time
  • Develop and execute segmented marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud through automation studio, journey builder and email studio, primarily focused on conversion of former customers (canceled customers). 
  • Monitor campaign performance (incl. deliverability), proactively suggesting improvements
  • Conduct multivariate testing (content, segmentation, subject lines, device optimization) and the following analysis to improve our strategy

At a minimum, you have...
  • Bachelor’s degree – in the field of business or marketing ideally
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in email marketing  from conception to completion (includes campaign setup, segmentation, calendar management, data analysis).
  • At least 1 year of experience analyzing marketing data and creating insights that translate into business strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar, as well as experience building user journeys
  • Basic -or higher, knowledge of HTML, ampscript, SQL and other similar technologies

New York Pay Range$82,500—$110,000 USD
