HelloFresh is looking for a Manager to join our high-growth Reactivations team to help us deliver great customer experiences across multiple marketing channels and brands. You will be responsible for optimizing customer engagement and leading how we design and execute mobile marketing campaigns across multiple brands to get back our former customers. You will have great internal partners to set you up for success. Candidates must have a passion for mobile marketing and a strong analytical drive. You must be able to independently solve marketing problems, work within our tech stack, support the growth of more junior team members, develop cross-functional relationships, and adapt to the needs of the business to exceed set goals. Attention to detail, quality of work, and agility are all integral to success.

You will...

  • Manage and optimize the development of the strategy -- but also the hands-on creation -- of new mobile marketing programs that support the growth and diversification of our customer experience (key channels: mobile, app, SMS).
  • Drive testing to gain brand, channel, and customer-level insights to improve program efficiency through better customer engagement (and allocation of marketing spend, where applicable). 
  • Increase the sophistication of our program through an understanding – and implementation – of industry best practices, trends, new technologies, automation, and regular/iterative testing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and international counterparts to improve customer experience. Think critically about what is right for the customer, develop new projects and figure out how to implement. Key partners: marketing automation, pricing, data, analytics, creative and physical / tech product teams.
  • Proactively monitor performance across channels, brands and segments. Implement plans to close gaps and increase growth. Focus KPIs: Reactivation Rate, CLV, Campaign ROI. Balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements will be integral.

  • A person with a passion for mobile marketing and exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experienced and comfortable with reporting and analyzing data to understand what is impacting the business and how to improve
  • Ready to collaborate with relevant teams and people of all levels, with strong interpersonal skills to explain complex topics with ease
  • A scrappy team player, who will actively pitch in wherever necessary and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Someone who wants to grow with us and elevate our marketing in an efficient, automated manner

You have...

  • Bachelor's degree – in the field of business or marketing ideally
  • 4-6 years of professional experience, centered on CRM with heavy focus on mobile channels (push, SMS), the underlying data and the systems/tools that support CRM.
  • Major pluses: experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or SQL, Tableau 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Experience managing complex projects from conceptualization to completion
  • Managed complex segmentation strategies and customer win-back programs
  • Strong understanding of customer experience frameworks

New York Pay Range$97,500—$130,000 USD
