About Performance Strategy 

As Performance Strategy, our mission is to expand our expertise and leverage our proximity to technology and customers to incubate, manage & grow the Accelerate customers. We are uniquely placed in the middle of the organization, serving as a bridge between commercial and technical teams; we are the power users of our tools and hence we support implementation, optimisation and analytics as well as product and process developments.

Performance Strategy supports all Accelerate customers, through every stage of the account lifecycle, with an eye on performance, scale and growth strategies. We thrive in being the performance specialists & strategists, and in the Accelerate world performance = revenue. We do that by continually balancing a diverse set of responsibilities and collaboration with various teams across the org which the table below highlights.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and manage a limited number of Performance Strategists based in Beijing
  • Well demonstrated skills in: coaching, performance management, delegation and career development
  • Maintains ownership of accounts, projects and initiatives including but not limited to regional commercial strategy 
  • Aligning with Performance Strategy Leadership on global Performance Strategy goals and processes as well as regional leadership on regional goals and strategy 
  • Critically assess team processes and drive improvements
  • Assist your team in understanding Liftoff’s product, nuances and trends
  • Assist your team in delivering great quality work against the Performance Strategy goals, across a variety of projects (analytical, technical, commercial, customer, product or process based)
  • Identify product needs and requirements and articulate findings back to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a POC for key clients - including client interactions, managing & optimizing for performance, collaborating with account teams and escalating niche issues internally
  • Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using Looker, proprietary tools and dashboards; making recommendations to client-facing team to enhance customer strategies
  • Lead cross-functional communication across both technical and non-technical teams

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of people management experience
  • 4+ years campaign optimization, BI or analytical experience in adtech; performance-focused optimization experience a must 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in Business Mandarin and English
  • Project management, organizational and communication skills
  • A process-oriented approach and ability to draw insights from data
  • A proactive spirit with strong attention to detail
  • Selflessness - you naturally focus on your team’s success
  • A strategic mindset

Location:

This role is based in Beijing. Our office is located in Guomao (Yintai) and is hybrid style; teammates come in 2-3 days/week.

Travel Expectations:

We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.

Compensation:

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.

The annual pay range for this position in Beijing (base + bonus) is: RMB 520,000 - 630,000
