About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Manager of Site Experience with an understanding of website operations, and a passion for creating seamless online experiences to join our team. Reporting to our Vice President of eCommerce Operations, you will help support the user experience on our website by managing various aspects of site content, promotions, and functionality

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to the website content, including product information, promotions, and other site elements.
  • You will support the coordination and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall site strategy and business goals.
  • You will work with the US Site Experience Manager to implement and improve site features and functionalities.
  • You will monitor and report on site analytics and user feedback, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • You will help manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • You will coordinate with multiple teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure the successful execution of site initiatives.
  • You will help conduct quality assurance checks to provide a seamless and error-free user experience.
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to site experience.
About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • You understand website operations, content management systems, and digital marketing principles.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and German.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You are detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • You have excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You have a high degree of fluency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
