Associate Marketing Manager, Enterprise
We are looking for an impact driven and curious individual to come join our growing European Marketing Team. As our new Associate Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting all team members in executing strategic marketing campaigns across different markets. With a primary focus on Enterprise Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will contribute to the development and implementation of targeted initiatives to promote growth and engagement with key accounts. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles, particularly within the SaaS industry.

What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and roll out extensive marketing initiatives intended for enterprise-scale clients, utilizing a range of channels such as digital, social media, email, and events.
- Assist in the development of account-based marketing strategies to engage and nurture key accounts throughout the buyer's journey.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials tailored to enterprise audiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the marketing team.
Who you are:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven knowledge or experience in Enterprise marketing and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well with team members from varied backgrounds and areas of expertise.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation software (preferably SFMC), and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; skills in other languages are valued.
