Associate, Onsite Marketing - German Speaking
The Onsite Marketing team is in charge of managing Wayfair’s key landing pages, including the homepage which is the “shop window” for our EU customers and our Sales Hub. These pages are seen by more than 1 in 4 visitors and often form the first impression of our brand.
We bring Wayfair’s brand and promotional messages to life and drive meaningful content engagements, through excellent banner execution and website feature innovations. We also leverage funnel analysis to iterate content exposure strategies.
In this exciting role, you’ll have a direct, immediate impact on our customers’ day-to-day experience on Wayfair’s site. You’ll dive into Wayfair’s content management tools and how to leverage them to improve customer experience. You’ll have the freedom to shape creative best practices and contribute to Team’s creative optimization roadmap, including AB testing. You’ll be empowered to challenge the status quo while being well-supported by your peers and a seasoned manager.

What You’ll Do
- Own the implementation for a part of onsite content (uploading, scheduling and leading quality assurance efforts) for Wayfair’s brand & promotional messages across platforms
- Independently collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, e.g. Brand Strategy, Creative and Storefront Products, to seamlessly execute the full onsite experience, suggest process improvement, and communicate and discuss feedback as appropriate
- Actively maintain and enhance funnel performance reporting
- Assist with performance and A/B testing results to inform creative asset best practices
- Serve as an active POC to our Product and Engineering partners, testing end user experience on various devices and collecting live usage examples
- Become the expert of Wayfair’s content management tooling logic and proactively ensure site excellence
What You’ll Need
Ideal candidate for this role is a highly reliable individual, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder interactions. Great communication & ownership instincts are also key. Additionally:
- Bachelor degree and 6 months professional experience in the field of digital marketing, brand or business administration disciplines
- A total ownership mindset when it comes to achieving results – thrive in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a “get stuff done” attitude.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communications – structured, answer-first, basic professionalism
- Passionate about the customer with an interest in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Language: English (full professional proficiency), German (B2/C1)
