What you'll do
- Serves as the coordinator/first contact for all incoming Deal Desk tickets/issues.
- Traffic manager who assigns responsibility for each ticket based on Desk criteria.
- Concentrates efforts on identifying ticket priority, and adjusting the queue to meet deadlines, adding support from the team to meet demand.
- Monitors the Sales Slack channels to provide general assistance and advice on common Deal Desk questions.
- Responsible for intake queue and workflow, consistently maintaining ticket SLAs
- Partners with Field Sales to respond to requests for security documentation.
- Personal Growth / Projects as time allows
What you have
- Demonstrated familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry - Deal Desk, ticketing management workflow software Jira, 1 to 2 years experience preferred.
- Highly organized, innovative, and strong attention to details
- Able to follow task instructions and complete work as requested
- Skills to evaluate requirements, determine resources, and assign accordingly to meet the deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal teams and other cross-functional departments to gather information
- Experience in Enterprise Sales models
- Strong English writing and speaking skills
- Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback
- Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End or Quarter
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage distractions
- Strong skills in gSuite, Slack, Salesforce.com, Jira
- Basic knowledge and understanding of a content management tool, Responsive (formerly RFPIO) preferred.
