Data Strategy and Insights Team (DSI) @ MongoDB

MongoDB is one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies in the world. To fuel this growth, we are hiring a Process Automation Analyst to proactively maintain customer and prospect data. Tired of executing existing SOPs manually, here is your chance to Think Big, Go Far with this exciting Role: Associate II Process Automation under Data Strategy and Insights team of larger Sales Operations Teamand is responsible for ensuring that organization has access to high-quality information required to make data-driven decisions.

Shift Timings: 2pm-10pm. Cabs will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Writing SQL queries to automate manual processes
  • Create Sigma/Tableau dashboards
  • Analyzing code segments regularly
  • Working with internal customers across different time zones
  • Create requirement gathering docs, estimate project timelines, UAT scenarios, automation release
  • Stakeholder management
Requirements
  • Experience - 3 yrs in SQL
  • Strong Automation Skills with experience in SQL/BI
  • Good Data warehouse knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering
  • Open-minded, creative, and proactive thinking
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.com and familiarity with the Lead flow process including an understanding of Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity structure, searching, editing records. Prior experience working with bulk update tools like the workbench
  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Sales Ops is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and Ideation skills
  • Understanding of customer experience, listening to customers' voice, and work backward to improve business process and operations
