As the Associate Producer at HelloFresh, you will produce all internal video shoots (in-studio and on-location) and support the Video Producer on larger high-profile campaigns. This role involves coordinating various aspects of production, from pre-production to post-production, as well as collaborating with many cross-functional teams & stakeholders to ensure that all in-house projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will…
  • Project Coordination: Oversee all phases of production, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Address any issues or roadblocks that arise during the production process and develop strategic solutions to keep projects on track.  Ensure that all projects adhere to the production timeline, budget, and quality standards. 
  • Pre-Production: Create & manage project budget for internal productions, coordinate schedules and logistics (location scouting, equipment rentals, etc), create shot lists and edit trackers. 
  • Production Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the video production team and all on-set production for internally produced video projects. Maintain clear communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders to communicate project progress, ensure alignment and address any issues that arise..
  • Post-Production: Manage the post-production process, collaborate with editors and other post-production staff (sound mixers, VO talent, VFX artists, colorists, etc.) to ensure the timely completion of video projects. Set up reviews, collect & communicate feedback to ensure clarity of all cross-functional partners through the process.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage individual project budgets and shared freelance budgets, ensuring financial efficiency. Monitor expenses and make adjustments as needed to keep projects within budget constraints.
  • Administrative Support: Manage paperwork, contracts, and other administrative tasks related to video production. Utilize project management tools to keep detailed records and manage project files.
  • Vendor Management: Utilize existing relationships with freelance talent & vendors (production companies, talent agencies, etc.), as well as source and manage new relationships with external vendors.  Ensure that all external partners meet project requirements and deliverables.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in production and creative content. Apply this knowledge to enhance the agency’s capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
You have… 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or additional certifications in project management or production are a plus.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in production, with a solid understanding of the production process from pre-production through post-production. Experience working in an in-house agency or similar creative environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes and best practices.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about video production.
