S'more about the team

The Associate Product Manager (APM) drives the vision and execution of the end-to-end tangible customer experience our customers have with our physical boxes; from delivery receipt, unpacking, packaging and ingredient usability, cooking experience with recipe cards, to packaging disposal. The APM will be part of a team focused on innovation, optimization, and testing to drive the customer experience and commercial performance of physical products in Canada. Their role will be unique from other PM roles on the team as they’ll focus mostly on improving customer retention through in-box innovation and leading our seasonal box launches.

You will rely on your ability to be highly collaborative and cross-functional, working throughout the business with global teams (e.g. international product) and local teams (culinary, procurement, tech, production, marketing) in order to get the work done. Ultimately, you will be the voice of our home cook community in the organization.

Please note - this Associate Product Manager role sits on our Physical Product team. This is not a tech product position.
