Associate Product Marketing Manager

Locations: Chicago (office), Austin (hub), Boston (hub), New York (hub)

Note: We work in a hybrid set-up at Showpad where we value in-person interaction and flexibility. That means we expect to see you in the office twice a week and in hub locations we come together at least once a month.

Position Overview:

The Associate Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our core messaging foundations at Showpad, including supporting our product positioning and the way new solutions are presented to the market. This individual will help create targeted messaging and thought leadership content that elevates our release strategy and supports the internal enablement of go-to-market teams. The Associate Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with Sales, Enablement, and other Marketing team members to ensure the insights, materials, and content we produce is effectively distributed and activated across the entire go-to-market organization. This position will report to the Director of Product Marketing. 

As the Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will: 

  • Support the product release process by creating compelling market-facing content, sales presentations, and tools that arm our field teams with the resources they need to convert and close deals 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates
  • Support the creation of event and webinar content, executive keynotes, and internal presentations
  • Craft targeted thought leadership content that speaks directly to our ICP’s pain points and priorities, tailoring product benefits and solutions to their specific needs
  • Analyze, maintain, and optimize the product marketing materials that are stored within our Showpad instance 
  • Work closely with Enablement and key go-to-market leaders to drive deeper activation and enablement around our product through the creation of relevant enablement materials and GTM Experiences 

Required Skills for the Associate Product Marketing Manager at Showpad:

  • Excellent writing and presentation-building skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into insightful, human-centric narratives for prospects and customers
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects to execute on product marketing priorities   
  • Capable of making data-driven decisions to grow engagement and revenue
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • A strategic mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible team player who’s passionate about jumping into new projects and learning new areas of our business
