The Design Services Sales Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate to help build one of our newest consumer-facing sales teams. This role will play a critical role in driving the discovery, testing, and implementation of programs & initiatives to grow / scale our Retail Design Services program. This is an opportunity to wear multiple hats and drive impactful change in a highly visible, cross-functional role. What You’ll Do

  • Pursue innovative ideas that question the status quo, devise a testing agenda to prove concepts, and utilize data to determine the value and if/when a solution should be pursued 
  • Become entrenched in our program metrics / data to monitor business performance and influence business decisions, eventually, becoming the team’s expert for retail design services 
  • Build a strong understanding of sales operations and metrics that impact overall business performance to deliver regular and ad hoc reporting
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Build a deep understanding of both the Retail Associate and Designer workflows, tools and experiences (both customer and Designer facing), and proactively identify opportunities to improve the program and effectively communicate them to team leadership 
  • Own projects end-to-end to ensure that programs & initiatives launch as planned. You will need to wear multiple hats and collaborate cross-functionally, developing your critical thinking and communication skills. This includes partnering with the field team to implement designer facing processes  
  • Engage in training with functional teams as part of implementation projects and spearheads the creation of required documentation, such as manuals or internal policies.
  • Partner with analytics, data engineering, product management, and sales enablement teams to execute on strategic priorities
  • Builds leadership skills by working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, generating buy-in, and driving implementation projects.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree (related to business or analytics, preferred)
  • Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with data and use quantitative analyses to inform business recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple strategic initiatives
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively to drive towards goals and deadlines
  • Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills 
  • Evidence of “scrappy startup execution” and a “get it done” attitude when time is tight and stakes are high
  • Demonstrated ability to drive tangible results across teams in a fast paced / ambiguous environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization and at client organizations (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
  • Experience with salesforce preferred
