Our Opportunity:

Chewy is growing! We are looking for- an Associate Site Merchandising Manager to join our team, based in Boston/Plantation/Bellevue. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the shopping experience for Chewy customers across some of the highest traffic pages onsite. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for authoring content to the site, developing and driving content playbooks that unlock our work at scale and support us to deliver a consistent, high quality onsite customer experience, and you’ll use data analysis and reporting to share content performance and guide standard methodologies for content placement. To be successful in this role, you are a self-starter, critical thinker, organized, meticulous and have a talent for critiquing onsite content and customer experience. Does this sound like you? What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and author content to the Chewy.com site
  • Develop and implement content playbooks for onsite promotions and events
  • Drive a high quality bar for the onsite customer experience through weekly site inspection and quality assurance
  • Use data management, analytics, and reporting to share weekly site performance and inform content standard methodologies

What You’ll Need:

  • College degree in business-related field
  • 2-4 years work experience, with 1+ years in ecommerce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization

Bonus (if applicable):

  • Experience collaborating with Creative teams to develop onsite content
  • Experience in e-commerce back-end operations and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SQL and advanced Excel capabilities

Compensation & Benefits:

Our pay range for an Associate Site Merchandising Manager position is $87,000.00 - $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
