What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of an Associate Solutions Engineer.

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

• Deliver implementations or custom-scoped technical solutions to LogicMonitor customers with excellence.
• Join the PS Project Manager and Customer Success Manager in kicking off PS engagements through delivery & handoff to CS.
• Facilitate remote working sessions with customers to drive successful LogicMonitor adoption - through discovery, design, and deployment of the monitoring solution.
• Optimize LogicMonitor configuration through advocating best practices to customers.
• Identify gaps, feature requests or issues with LogicMonitor and relay or escalate to Product and Development teams.
• Assist develop customer-specific, scripted solutions using LogicMonitor product features (Websites, LogicModules, NetScans) and externally using the REST API.
• Learn, share and advocate technical lessons learned and best practices among peers.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LogicMonitor to peers and customers.
• Leverage internal resources and teams to keep abreast of new product features, changes and enhancements.

What You'll Need:

• 2-4 years experience working as an IT professional.
• 3-6 months of experience in scripting experience in or more language(s): Python, PowerShell, or Java/Groovy.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more IT operations domain(s): Windows/Linux server, networking, security, storage, virtualization or cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with HTTP, JSON, RegEx, REST APIs.
• Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
