We are in search of an entrepreneurial and driven individual to help us expand our paid media business and capabilities. You will join a team of passionate advertisers and play a major part in our rapidly growing Marketing practice. You must be motivated and obsessed with the more technical aspects of paid media (programmatic, tagging, paid social, search and analytics) and interested in building out a team & leveling up our paid media business
The biddable media lead will play a critical leadership role on the paid team and across the organization. As we expand our paid media offering, we are looking for someone with the vision and drive to help us architect our offering, the technology that we use to execute and to expand our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, proven leadership skills, and a record of optimizing ad campaigns to maximize business impact and performance.

What you'll do
- Help expand Prosek's biddable media capabilities, scaling the firm's internal media buying and reporting capabilities
- Develop and mentor direct reports/account team through coaching, consistently providing feedback, training, conducting reviews, and overseeing their professional development
- Oversee the optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency
- Expand our paid media offering inclusive of social media, search, display, OTT, and programmatic with an eye towards new platform identification and architecture
- Design and implement effective and efficient internal processes to ensure proper financial and operational management of the function
- Day-to-day supervision of paid campaigns and strategy, including strategically relevant platform and publication identification, audience/keyword targeting, bid strategies, execution details, budget management and alignment towards KPIs and business goals.
- Synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, report and execute on key findings to achieve paid media objectives
- Lead and improve monthly reporting process with junior team members
- Oversee analytics efforts around campaign data to evaluate performance based on KPIs and benchmarks to produce actionable insights and optimizations.
- Lead teams responsible for the development and launch of paid campaigns, including platform and audience targeting, based on client marketing objectives
- Proven ability to present data/our work in impactful and digestible way to senior stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Develop strategic partnerships with key media partners, platforms and agencies
- Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve campaign results.
- Lead and contribute to new business development, including RFP responses, proposal writing, client pitches and prospecting
What makes you qualified
- 6-10 years of relevant paid media and/or digital marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience overseeing multiple client strategies within a traditional advertising, communications, or marketing agency is a plus - but in-house agency experience for a professional services brand is also highly desired
- Experience with ad operations best practices, ad trafficking, campaign management, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience leading and managing more junior team members
- Preferred experience working within a professional services field such as financial services, insurance, consulting services, technology or pharma- but not required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem, including ad serving platforms, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements impacting digital advertising
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
